Returns are sent back at the cost of the customer. The amount paid will be refunded in full.

The refund will be issued once the doll has been returned and can be determined that it has not been used.

Our dolls are approximately 25cm tall from leg to head (not including ears).

While we strive to make our dolls as close in size to each other as possible as each doll is individually handmade please allow a small +/- in this size.
