Returns are sent back at the cost of the customer. The amount paid will be refunded in full minus the $1 charitable donation.

The refund will be issued once the doll has been returned and can be determined that it has not been used.

Our dolls are approximately 40cm tall.

While we strive to make our dolls as close in size to each other as possible as each doll is individually handmade please allow a small +/- in this size.

Made from cotton and filled with 100% polyester fill.

Each doll has 5 sensory tags of ribbon and lace down it's body.

$1 from every standard doll purchase will be donated to a charity that helps children and families in need.

Supervision is recommended for children under 5 years of age.

Our Heirloom ranges are limited release and the same patterned fabric will not be used again.
